My cookies are butter cookies with buttercream frosting they are made fresh to order. Cookies by Jess are a step above the rest! So many cookie companies have decorative cookie favors that are hard as a rock, but my cookies are soft and will melt in your mouth! They are made from my Grandma Livingston's special recipe. I have always loved to bake and I am very passionate about my work.
